Community Radio Codes Of Practice
2GHR (Greater Hume Radio Incorporated) is a community broadcaster operating under a license from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). As such, we are bound by the Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice.
These Codes ensure responsible broadcasting by covering key areas such as:

Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint regarding a 2GHR broadcast, please submit it in writing via email or postal mail. Our contact details can be found on our “Contact Us” page.
To ensure we can investigate your complaint effectively, please include:

Your name and contact details.

The date and time of the broadcast.

The name of the program (if known).

Specific details of the alleged breach (e.g., which Code you believe was violated).
Complaints must be lodged within 30 days of the broadcast date. We will respond in writing as soon as practicable. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
